Can you believe we’re already approaching the Spring Equinox? This sacred turning point reminds us of how quickly time passes—and how important it is to BE HERE NOW, fully present, and open to the possibilities ahead.
Right now, you deserve to feel energized, clear, and excited—not drained, overwhelmed, or lost. That’s where ritual comes in.
Over the past week, I’ve been re-watching Joseph Campbell and The Power of Myth. His teachings, along with wisdom from Brugh Joy, Jean Houston, Angeles Arrien, and many indigenous traditions, have shaped my own journey. They deepened my understanding that ritual is not just a practice—it’s a gateway to our inherent wisdom and resilience.
For decades, I have guided people through powerful rituals that help them move through life’s transitions, unlock their purpose, and step into a greater sense of clarity and flow. Rituals are the bridge between where you are and where you long to be.
Why Spring is the Perfect Time for Ritual
Spring beckons us with renewal, possibility, and rebirth. It is the start of the astrological new year, and many cultures honor this time with sacred traditions that clear the past and welcome fresh energy.
The Spring Equinox (March 20) is a profound moment when light and dark come into balance, reminding us to align our own lives. This is the perfect time to set intentions, shed what no longer serves you, and step into a new season with clarity and power.
How to Celebrate Spring with Ritual
Celebrate Noruz: The Persian New Year: Noruz (March 21) means “new day” and symbolizes hope, renewal, and abundance. This ancient celebration is observed in Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and beyond.
One of my favorite Noruz traditions is creating a Haft-Sin table, which includes seven symbolic foods for prosperity and good fortune, along with elements like painted eggs, mirrors, water bowls, candles, and flowers. Even if you don’t celebrate Noruz traditionally, you can create your own version of this altar to honor fresh beginnings and invite abundance into your life.
Need Some Guidance?
I’ve spent years guiding people through personalized rituals, visioning, and energy clearing—helping them navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and deep inner wisdom.
If you’re feeling called to bring ritual into your life in a deeper way, let’s connect. Whether it’s one-on-one ritual work, space clearing, or group ceremonies, I’d love to help you step into this season with purpose.
Wishing you a season of renewal, magic, and transformation!
