I’ve always loved summer. As a kid, it meant freedom: riding bikes, swimming, catching fireflies, drawing, reading for pleasure (imagine—no homework!), eating cherries and corn on the cob, and staying up late under the stars. It was a time to connect with joy, creativity, and possibility.
As we arrive at the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we step into a portal of light. This is a sacred moment to honor your inner fire—the part of you that fuels growth, passion, abundance, and joy.
In ancient traditions, this powerful time was celebrated as Litha, honoring the goddess of fertility, power, and the natural order. It’s a time to burn away what no longer serves and ignite the flame of inspiration within.
