Also, belatedly sharing a spontaneous healing I had. When you were doing the counterclockwise spinning exercise with the three body levels (light body, emotional, physical), I saw dark purple, leach-like shadows on my right side, specifically my right hip which has been bothering me for MORE THAN a year. With every rotation, they fell off and my hip felt instantly... PERFECT.

From Reiki and other holistic healing experiences, I know that the right hip is associated with fear of the future/fear of moving forward. I debated sharing this in Real Time but was still processing.
