Tending To Your Inner Child

One of my mentors, Hal Stone, has passed on to Spirit. He and his wife Sidra Stone created an amazing body of work called Voice Dialogue… a psycho-spiritual approach to consciousness. Through this work, I learned how to work with the many “selves” that live within each one of us. And saw how these selves determine the way we see the world and control our behavior and choices.

Because of this work, I am more in touch with the parts of me that are running my life. In fact, that is why I created a “Retirement Ritual” for my inner critic.

Personally, at this time, my inner little girl is having a hard time. She is sad, scared and feeling out of sorts. So, I am consciously spending more time with her and making sure she knows that she is being cared for. I give her hugs and spend some time playing each day (because of doing workshops, my office is filled with colored markers, play dough, beads and all kinds of crafts which she loves). Next week I may buy some chalk and play “hopscotch” outside in the park.

What are you doing to take care of your inner child?

Let Me Guide You

This is a time when most of us need some extra support to build the spiritual muscles that we require to move forward. This may be a time to re-align your system so that the energy you desire can easily flow again.

Is your critic working overtime? Do you feel untethered in this time of uncertainty? Are you longing for a spiritual practice that will dissolve the limiting beliefs and judgments that preclude you from connecting to Source?

Contact our office to set up a session. Sliding scale available if you are in financial need.

Many Blessings,
