Hope C. Tarr is the author of more than twenty romances and has been featured in media outlets including NBC’s Today Show, Time Out New York, The New York Post, Irish Central, and AM NY.

IRISH EYES, set in Gilded and Jazz Age New York City, is Hope’s historical fiction debut and the launch of her American Songbook series for Joffe Books. Prior to embarking on her writing career, she earned a master’s degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in Education, both from The Catholic University of America.
