In ancient Egypt, the goddess Maat held a single feather against the scale of every heart. If the heart was heavier than the feather, weighed down by anger, guilt, sorrow, unfinished grief, it could not move forward. A heart light as a feather was free to continue its journey, into truth, into rebirth, into its next form.

We carry that same weighing every day, whether we notice it or not. The old hurts. The stories we keep replaying. The sadness we haven't set down. This ceremony is your chance to place your own heart on the scale, gently and honestly, and choose what you are ready to release.
